How to Report Suspected Fraud, Waste, Abuse and Mismanagement
If you want to report or discuss confidentially any instance of misconduct, fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement, please contact the Office of Inspector General. If you are a PBGC employee, contractor or are in the Washington DC area, you can visit us in Suite 480 at 1200 K Street NW, or call us at 202-326-4030. Of course, anyone may contact the OIG using the HOTLINE.

Deaf or hard of hearing persons may dial FRS (800) 877-8339 and give the HOTLINE number to the agent. An operator answers the HOTLINE Monday - Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 PM EST.
