Congressional Requests

The Inspector General reports directly to Congress semiannually. At times, a particular Congressperson or Congressional committee will request that the OIG conduct a specific audit or investigation, respond to specific questions about PBGC programs and operations, or review PBGC responses provided to Congress. In the event of specific requests, the OIG works closely with Congressional staff to provide timely and useful information. The following reflects our work in responding to Congressional Requests since 2010.
